FAQ


1. How much do you charge?

It depends on the number of people that will be at the event, the amount/type of food you would like to have, amount of extra service people/bartenders necessary for the event, party rentals and anything extra that you may wish to have for your special day.

2. How much notice do I need to give you before I book my party?

Again, it does depend on the amount of people, type of party and location. If it is something like a small sit-down dinner for 20 or boxed lunches, we only require a week to two week notice. If it is a wedding or larger occasion, we require at least 2 months notice.

3. How is payment made? Is gratuity included?

A 30% deposit is required prior to the event.  Payment is expected the day of the event unless previous arrangements have been made.  Cash or check is appreciated.  A 5% surcharge will apply if paying with a credit card. The invoice will provide an itemization of Food/Labor, sales tax, and suggested gratuity.
